Steve Hughes has provided excellent service to our company, primarily for the 2014 tax reporting year, we are very pleased with the customer service he has provided.
The software and the Service Bureau Print/Mail/Filing/Web presentment services offered through 1099Pro are very adaptive to many tax reporting needs. I have experienced that the program is highly user friendly and the support provided with the software is very professional and beneficial.

This is the first year I used the service bureau to electronically file Forms 1042-S. It has been a harrowing experience (not from a 1099Pro perspective but from an IRS compliance perspective due to the change in the form and the changes required by the IRS with the October update.) I uploaded my forms on March 20 and received an email that there were errors. I called support today and was transferred to Michael Stewart who provided exceptional customer service. He walked me through the changes and stayed on the line with me while I re-imported and resubmitted the forms to the service bureau.
I wanted to commend him for his knowledge, patience and excellent customer service. I feel very comfortable with the technical support at 1099PRO.

OMG! Thank you so much!!! You guys were SO awesome and thank you SO much for suggesting using the 1099 Pro Service Bureau Print/Mail Service to me. The 1099 process was EXTREMELY stress free for me this year. Total night and day from last year to this year - and I will never go back to printing on my own again.
